Resolver charges a one-time set-up fee and a monthly licence fee. The licence fee is dependent on the number of cases.

There are different one-off fees to access the platform - all with a comprehensive range of features - depending on the monthly cases (cpm).

There are then four categories of Users: Low (up to 100 cpm), Medium (up to 350 cpm), Large (up to 700 cpm) and Enterprise (up to 2000 cpm).
